Publication Policy

Submission Option: to present at this conference, the author can choose :

Oral or Poster Presentation: 

1. The registration fee varies based on each option selected.
2. For Option 2 (Full Paper): Only the full paper matches the scopes of the Scopus-indexed journal and the accepted paper will be published in the Scopus-indexed journal (i.e., CET). The expected publication date of CET is December 2024.
3. Special Issues (SI): The submissions (options 1 &2) could be considered for the special issues (SI), subject to the submission scope and quality.
4. Registration fee for Option 1 or 2 is eligible for presenting 1 Paper and Option 2 includes 1 CET Paper.
5. No Additional CET paper is accepted per registration.
6. For the paper to be considered for publication in CET, the authors MUST:

• Clear all the payments before the conference date
• Follow the full paper submission due date.
• The revised full paper should complete the editorial process and be CAMERA ready before the final acceptance due date.

8. The organiser reserves the right to cancel the author’s article in CET if the authors fail to adhere to Item No. 6. No refund shall be provided.
