No. Each payment only allows for one access to the conference platform, which is for the presenter. Extra access will need to register for the normal participant, which will be charged at the same rate.<\/span><\/p>\n

16. I had registered as a presenter for several papers. What should I do if not all my papers will be presented on-site? Can I make a selection of my presentation method for each of my papers?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Yes. You can make the selection in the COMET system (<\/span>http:\/\/registration.sdewes.org\/iclca25<\/a><\/strong><\/span>). At the <\/span>homepage<\/b>, or direct click on the <\/span>Author<\/b> button, under <\/span>Paper Presentation<\/b> \u2192 <\/span>Check\/update your presentation status<\/b>. A message box will appear and you can make your selection there.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A. FAQ on submission type<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A1 I\u2019m only interested to submit abstract\nonly. Will I be invited for publication in JCLEPRO SI?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both \u201cabstract\u201d only and\n\u201cfull paper\u201d submission may be invited for publication in JCLEPRO SI, subjected\nto the scopes of the study and the quality of the Presentation Slides\nsubmitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A2 Why should I submit for \u201cfull paper\u201d,\nwhile \u201cabstract\u201d only already allowed me to present the paper and having the\nopportunity to be invited for the JCLEPRO SI? How about presentation mode\n(either poster or oral)? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the accepted full\npaper will be published in CET journal (if you have agreed to pay the extra\nPublication fee), i.e., a Scopus indexed journal, regardless on the submission\ntype and presentation type.  On the other\nhand, for those who only selected \u201cabstract\u201d, no paper will be published in\nCET. However, the paper will still stand a chance to receive the invitation for\nJCLEPRO SI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A3 If I choose \u201cabstract only\u201d submission,\ndo I need to submit a full paper?
\nNo. There is no need to submit a full paper. No extra\nproceeding will be provided. The abstract will be saved on a shared drive and\nwill not be published online. You only need to submit the Abstract only.\nHowever, you still require to complete the registration and payment to\nentitle\/confirm a presentation slot<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B. FAQ on abstract<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

B1. Can I submit\nmy abstract in other language?
\nPlease submit the abstract in English only. Please submit your abstract in one\nparagraph and in plain text via the COMET registration system (http:\/\/registration.sdewes.org\/iclca20<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\nB2. I do not receive the notification of abstract\nresults.
\nOnly the designated corresponding author, assigned by the submitting author during\nsubmission, will receive the notification of acceptance. Please check the email\nspam folder of the corresponding author. Alternatively, both the submitting\nauthor and corresponding authors can log in to the system to check the status\nof the paper.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

B3. Can I edit my abstract and author\ndetails after submission?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, only the corresponding\nauthor and submitting author are allowed to edit the abstract and the details\nfor authors. To edit the abstract, please go the list of paper and click the\ngear icon (Settings) on the top right corner of your paper ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B4. I am the corresponding author and\nsubmitting author. Why I cannot edit my abstract?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is likely that your\nabstract has been copy pasted together with some formatting elements. To\nresolve this issues, please contact the system support team at e-mail: iclca20@sdewes.org<\/a>, please cite your paper ID in the e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C. FAQ on CET<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

C1. I am only interested to publish in CET,\nwithout presenting my paper. Can I do so?
\nIn order to be considered for publication in CET, the\nauthors must present the paper during the conference. In case of emergency, you\nmay assign one of the co-authors as the representative to present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C2. Why do I need to pay for separate fees\nto publish in CET?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The registration fee only\ncovers the registration and presentation of the paper(s) in the conference. The\nadditional fees is paid for the review and basic editing work and publication fee\nin CET. Please login to the COMET system to check the additional publication\nfee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

C3. Why the author needs to be responsible\nfor the formatting of the CET paper?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We seek the collaboration\nfrom the authors to produce a camera-ready document with proper formatting. Extra\nfee may be charged if the paper is poorly formatted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

C4. The format of CET is very strict. What\nare the tips?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Always use the correct template.\nRead the guideline in the template and guideline while preparing the full paper\n(you can find both documents in the COMET system). Please pay attention to the citation\nstyle, reference format, minimised redundant words, please use S.I. unit and\nits symbol correctly. Alternatively, you can refer to the published article in\nVol. 78: https:\/\/www.aidic.it\/cet\/20\/78\/programma.html<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

C5. The editors may be perceived as too\nmeticulous (or ridiculous). How could we reduce the number of revision round?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please follow carefully the\ninstruction in the template and pay attention to the details to refine the format\naccordingly. Please pay extra attention to the errors highlighted by the\nreviewer\/editor prior to the re-submission (Note: The technical team will Not\nhelp you edit those format errors or it would incur extra changes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\nC6. Why my full paper is not accepted for CET\npublication?
\nFor the paper to be accepted for publication in CET, the paper should satisfy\nall the following requirements: the paper is revised as per the comments of\neditors and reviewers; complete the revision before the due date; complete the\npayment; and complete the copyright transfer agreement. Most importantly, the\nscopes of the study are suitable\/acceptable for CET (you could refer to those\nprevious volumes of CET published).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D. FAQ on JCLEPRO<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

D1. Are all the accepted submissions will\nbe invited for JCLEPRO SI?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No, this would depends on\nthe scopes of the study. Invitation for submission to this SI will be made\naround November to December 2020. If you do not receive any invitation by 31\nDecember 2020, it indicates that your paper has not been selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D2. What are the evaluation criteria to be\ninvited for JCLEPRO SI?
\nFor those who only submitted an Abstract only, it will\nbe based on quality of abstract and the presentation slides. For those who have\nsubmitted a full paper, it will be based on the quality of the CET paper and the\npresentation slides. Most importantly, the scopes are suitable for JCLEPRO. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

D3. How would I know if my paper will stand\na great chance to be considered\/accepted for publication in the JCLEPRO SI once\nbeing invited\/submitted? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please take note that all\npapers invited to submit a paper to the SI will still subject to the normal\nreview process. Currently, JCLEPRO has about 50% of desk rejection. It is\nrecommended that you e-mail your manuscript to the technical team (iclcatech@gmail.com<\/a>) for pre-screening before submitted to the journal, we will\nhelp check the paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D4. How do I know whether I have been\ninvited for SI in JCLEPRO?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All invited authors shall\nreceive an email from the guest editors of JCLEPRO around November to December\n2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

D5. Can I reuse my content of CET for\nJCLEPRO?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No, this will be\nconsidered as self-plagiarism. The authors need to significantly extend the\nworks for new contribution to consider for publication in JCLEPRO.  Please run a similarity index to check to\navoid potential plagiarism issues.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

E. FAQ on Registration and Payment <\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

E1. How do I proceed for the registration\nand payment?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The payment can be done\nvia COMET system. Please login to the COMET system and click on\nFEE\/REGISTRATION tab. Before making the registration and payment, make sure you\nare being assigned as the presenter by the submitting authors. Please refer to\nthe B3 to change the author details. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

E2. I have made the full payment, but I\nwould like to withdraw my paper. Is it possible?
\nUnfortunately all fee paid is non-refundable,\nconsidering that all fees charged where reasonable low. Refund will incur\nsignificant bank changes and currency exchanges loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E3. Can I request an invoice before making\nthe payment? As I would like to pay directly from my research grant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You could change the\npresenter by edit your abstract. To edit the abstract, please go the list of\npaper and click the gear icon (Settings) on the top right corner of your paper\nID.
