Presentation Guideline

Prepare your presentation based on your registration mode in the COMET system.

a) Onsite Oral Presentation:

• Duration: 15-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A
• Instructions: Upload your presentation slides to the prepared laptop in the session meeting room 10 minutes before the session begins.

b) Onsite Poster Presentation:

• Poster Size: A1
• Instructions: Bring your poster and post it on the designated wall.

c) Online Video Presentation:

• Onsite presenter is NOT required to upload the video
• Instructions: Prepare the video based on the following requirements. The video will be made available to all participants via the COMET platform during the conference period.
• Due Date: TBA
• Duration: 15 minutes
• File Format: MP4
• File Naming: Use your paper ID (e.g., ICLCA24_0087.mp4)
• Upload Instructions:
  • Login to the COMET Platform to upload the file.
  • Follow the guidelines provided here.
  • Alternatively, you may use other file-sharing services and share the file link with iclca25@sdewes.org.
